Carlos started racing in 1985 in his homeland of Brazil, there he started his two wheel legacy on mopeds and won couple of championships.
He moved to the United States in 1988 and it wasn't until 1995 that he would find himself on a GP 125 race bike.
Carlos has been riding two stroke motorcycles his whole life and eventually began to work on his own motors. It was that aspect of his career that led him to work with the legendary mechanic Roland Cushway. Cushway had spent two years with the Cadalora GP Team back in the early 90's and is a master fabricator and engineer.
Since working with Roland, Carlos has gone on to win numerous races and a championship in various race organizations.

Carlos Neves the 2008 AFM F2 Champion!
After an impressive first outing at Infineon Raceway in September Carlos showed up at ButtonWillow for the final AFM round of the `07 Season.
Carlos made quick work of the pack and ended up taking the lead away from front runner Shawn Herrera. Carlos won with a 16 second margin of victory! Start the 2008 season whit DNS in Buttonwillow to 5 wins and 2 seconds on the end of the years.
